Shipping Methods

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order, however, due to ever changing shipping charges, you may receive additional invoices for shipping additional charges related to parts purchased.   

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and dimensions of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. When ordering in bulk it is best to phone in your order. Large orders may require special handling or shipping calculations which may delay your order if we can not reach you to confirm the new shipping amount.

Return Policy

Apicella Designs provides a 30 day return window for parts that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for STROE CREDIT ONLY. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all return shipping charged are customers responsibility unless product was damaged upon arrival. Always make sure to inspect product immediately. Upon Apicella Designs receiving and inspecting the returned part, we will email you a notification if your return was accepted or denied. At that time a credit to your account will be applied for a future purchase. 

To request a return for store credit, please email [email protected] with your original Order number and details about the product you would like to return. 


Damages and issues:
Please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or wrong item was received, so we can evaluate the issue and make it correct. 

All sale, custom built to order and one off items cannot be returned.
